On 17 July, we presented the Armenian premiere of W. A. Mozart. Little Night Serenade by Mystery Ensemble at the House of Chamber Music in the heart of Yerevan.
At the centre of the evening was Mozart’s Eine kleine Nachtmusik — music whose clarity, elegance and rhythmic energy have made it one of the most recognisable works in the classical repertoire. Alongside the serenade, Mystery Ensemble performed Mozart’s divertimenti in F major, D major and B-flat major.
With the Armenian premiere of this programme, we presented Mozart not as a distant historical figure, but as a composer whose music still feels spontaneous, vivid and full of life.
